A senior executive of a bank for whom we work spends a whole month each year sailing along the Mediterranean coast on his yacht. Obviously, he cannot just disconnect from his work.
So he needs to be able to work as if he were in his office. That means landline and mobile phone services, internet, and e-mail, whether in port or at sea.
And this is the kind of feature that our customers may need these days.
To achieve this, we had to install and run the most advanced satellite communications technology. As a matter of fact, we also installed a remote problem solving facility to address any issues, regardless of his physical location when they arose.
And during the eleven months that the yacht is moored in port, we undertake the maintenance and updating of all its technology systems (navigation systems, communication systems, etc.).
